"Super Category V" refers to UTP - Unshielded Twisted Pair
The unshielded twisted pair cable is composed of multiple twisted pairs and a plastic sheath. Category 5 refers to the five different quality levels defined by the International Electrical Industry Association for twisted pair cables
Super Category V unshielded twisted pair is a cable that has improved some of the performance of the existing Category V shielded twisted pair. Many performance parameters, such as near-end crosstalk, attenuated crosstalk ratio, and return loss, have been improved, but its transmission bandwidth is still 100MHz

Four twisted pairs and one anti-pull wire are also used for the super category five twisted pairs. The color of the wire pair is the same as that of the category five twisted pairs, namely white orange, orange, white green, blue, white blue, green, white brown and brown. The bare copper wire diameter is 0.51mm (wire gauge is 24AWG), the insulated wire diameter is 0.92mm, and the UTP cable diameter is 5mm
Although CATV unshielded twisted pair can also provide up to 1000Mb/s transmission bandwidth, it often needs the support of special equipment with high price. Therefore, it is usually only applied to 100Mb/s fast Ethernet to realize the connection between desktop switch and computer. If you are not ready to upgrade the network to Gigabit Ethernet in the future, you may wish to use Category 5 unshielded twisted pair in horizontal cabling
